The Journey Reading Schedule - June 8 - 14

The reading schedule for this week will bring you to the end of the Book of Mormon. If you have not been able to keep up, please take the time this week and next to finish or read as much as you can before we leave! Read from Ether 9 through the end!

The Journey Site Visit a Success

On Saturday, May 30, many of the adult stake leaders visited Brighton Meadows, the site just northeast of Park City where The Journey will take place. Since pictures are worth 1,000 words, see for yourself how beautiful the site is:

The Journey Reading Schedule - June 1 -7

The reading for this week is Mormon 3:3 through Ether 8:26. As you pray this week, ask for charity -- the pure love of Christ. Record ways in which having charity has changed the way you act.

The Journey Reading Schedule - May 25 - 31

Read from 3 Nephi 18:25 through Mormon 3:2. Christ died to fulfill all righteousness. Reflect on this statement. Imagine what a grand sight it must have been to see the children encircled with angels, to hear Christ pray for you in words so sacred they could not be written. Are there things in your life that you can do to fulfill all righteousness?

The Journey Reading Schedule - May 18 - 24

The reading for this week is 3 Nephi 4:7 through 3 Nephi 18:24. As you read about the Savior visiting the Nephites, underline what He did that you can do also. Write these things in your Journey Journal.

The Journey Reading Schedule - May 11 - 17

Read from Helaman 7:1 through 3 Nephi 4:6. What were the signs that Christ had been born in Jerusalem? What were the signs of Christ's crucifixion and death? Ponder: Am I going to recognize the signs of the Saviour's Second Coming? See Elder Oaks' talk on the Second Coming in the May 2004 Ensign. Record your feelings in your Journey Journal.
